Business Development Executive – US Market (Hybrid, Chennai) - 1- 2 positions

Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new business acquisition and client engagement for the US market, operating in a hybrid model from Chennai. The role requires strong lead‑generation capability, relationship management, and the ability to work closely with US‑based stakeholders across time zones. The candidate will manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, expand SigmaT’s market presence, and ensure seamless communication with US clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in the US region
- Execute structured lead‑generation and outreach campaigns using modern sales tools
- Engage, nurture, and manage long‑term client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with SigmaT’s service lines
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain consistent communication with US stakeholders, including reporting to US clients
- Operate effectively during US time‑zone hours for client calls, demos, and follow‑ups
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in IT services/consulting
- Experience working with international clients, especially US markets, is highly desirable
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools (Apollo.ai, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and consulting‑led sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic, data‑driven approach to sales execution
- Ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable in a hybrid work environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (fixed), based on experience
