Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork & LinkedIn Bidding)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition through online bidding and outbound outreach. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and contribute to business growth in the IT services space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects via Upwork and similar platforms
Generate leads through outbound prospecting on LinkedIn
Understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals
Initiate conversations, follow up, and convert leads into qualified meetings
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and track activities
Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with technical capabilities
Work towards achieving monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in IT bidding, lead generation, or sales
Good understanding of IT services (Web/App Development, etc.)
Ability to write compelling and customized proposals
Basic understanding of sales funnel and client handling
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
1 โ 2 years of experience in IT sales or bidding
Exposure to international clients
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking sheets
