💼 Role: Business Development Executive (Full-time)
🕒 Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in B2C Sales
Candidate must be residing in Gurugram , NO OUT-STATION CANDIDATES
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales for residential real estate by identifying prospects and converting them into buyers
Build and maintain client relationships and understand their real estate needs
Conduct site visits and property consultations
Meet sales targets through consultative selling
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy and a self-starter attitude
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory)
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
