Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as managing customer accounts. The role includes strategizing to meet sales targets, conducting market research to identify potential clients, and effectively communicating and promoting the value of Square Yard’s services. You will collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and maintain a high standard of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience within the real estate industry is an advantage
