Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Executive will also assist in designing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capture new opportunities for growth
  • Understanding of business operations with the ability to devise and execute effective strategies
  • Strong Communication skills to interact, negotiate, and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Expertise in Account Management to retain and expand existing client relationships
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving results
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience within the Real Estate or Property Management industry is a plus
