Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and acquiring potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, manage property listings, and provide market insights to clients for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and client relationship management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in understanding real estate market trends and investment opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
