Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and driving the company's business growth. Additional responsibilities include lead generation and effectively communicating with potential and existing clients to identify and address their needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining business-client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present ideas effectively
- Understanding of business operations and experience in driving business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is a plus
