Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored property management solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and actively contribute to achieving business growth targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in real estate or property management
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
