Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and Account Management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create lasting connections with clients
- Knowledge of Business development processes and strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in the recruitment or marketing sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
