Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, qualifying leads, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads to maximize conversions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Call Center, or Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to confidently handle customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent. A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
