Role: Business Development Executive
CTC: 2.4 LPA-4.5 LPA + Incentive
Location: Remote / Work from Home
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing client accounts, and building lasting relationships. The role involves strategic outreach to prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Conversion
- Identify and approach companies that can benefit from recruitment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and other digital channels.
- Connect with Founders, HR Heads, and other decision makers to pitch services.
- Understand client requirements and convert prospects into paying clients.
Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups
- Handle negotiations, commercials, and agreement
Reporting and Tracking
- Maintain a pipeline tracker and lead status.
- Share daily,weekly and monthly reports on outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of Business Development experience
- Proven experience in closing clients for services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
