Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and driving overall business growth. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients, delivering presentations, and achieving sales targets to contribute to organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Skilled in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue opportunities within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively building and maintaining client relationships and engaging with diverse teams.
- Experience in Account Management and Business practices to drive client satisfaction and ensure successful project deliveries.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a proven results-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of engineering and design solutions such as 3D CAD and CAE software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, with relevant work experience being highly valued.

Educational Qualification:
