Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive / Solutions Lead – IT Sales (International Client Acquisition) for a full-time on-site role in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts. The individual will work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to craft tailored solutions for international clients, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation for international markets
- Strong understanding of Business principles and strategies for IT sales and client acquisition
- Exceptional Communication skills, including negotiations and presentations
- Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship management and client retention
- Strategic thinking abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in IT services or software solutions sales is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Sound knowledge of digital technologies and software development lifecycle
