Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. As a Junior Business Development Executive for Solar EPC Projects Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts to ensure business growth. You will collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide tailored energy solutions for clients, contribute to strategic planning, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- salary 20-25k salary + incentive
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and understanding market dynamics
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact confidently and clearly with clients and teams
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work under strict timelines and meet sales targets
- Proficient understanding of the Solar EPC industry and renewable energy market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the solar energy industry or sales of renewable energy solutions is a significant advantage
