Job Summary:
Koshish Solar (koshishsolar.com) seeking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Calling Profile) to join its Solar division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in tele-calling, and basic knowledge of solar products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Generate qualified leads for rooftop solar and commercial solar projects.
- Explain Solar products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports and update software regularly.
- Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or BDE profile (Solar industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of Solar solutions (Rooftop/Commercial/Industrial preferred).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
