The selected candidate will work for Pico Labs, the international operations division associated with Riddhi Technology, serving clients primarily in the USA market. Pico Labs focuses on helping businesses scale through high-performance digital marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. Working with Pico Labs provides exposure to international business environments, global clients, and growth-driven sales operations.
About the Role
· Riddhi Technology is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive.
· The selected candidate will work for Pico Labs (USA - Texas-based operations) and handle international clients.
· Flexibility to work in both day and night shifts as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
· Manage complete sales cycle (lead → meeting → proposal → closure)
· Pitch Meta Ads and Google Ads services
· Understand client needs and offer solutions
· Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
· Negotiate and close deals independently
· Build long-term client relationships
· Coordinate with internal teams
· Track sales pipeline and performance
Target & Performance Expectations
· Achieve monthly revenue target
· Maintain consistent performance and ownership
Requirements
· 2–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales
· Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Target-driven and self-motivated
· Comfortable working from office (Noida)
· Flexible for day/night shifts
