Role: Business Development Executive Experience Required: 3 Years Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with proven experience in selling software services and solutions within the AEC/BIM industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities ? Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the AEC/BIM domain (Architecture, Engineering, Construction). ? Sell software services such as BIM consulting, BIM modeling, digital transformation, custom software solutions, and related technology services. ? Generate leads through outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, and industry networking. ? Understand client requirements and propose tailored software and BIM-based solutions aligned with business needs. ? Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers; manage negotiations and close deals. ? Work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure accurate solutioning and smooth project handover. ? Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. ? Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. ? Stay updated on AEC industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies. ? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications ? 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales with a strong focus on AEC/BIM software services. ? Sound understanding of BIM workflows, tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, IFC), and AEC project lifecycle. ? Proven track record of selling software services or technology-enabled solutions. ? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ? Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Middle East, APAC preferred). ? Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients. ? Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. ?
