Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development in the Singapore market
- Build and manage relationships with CAs and accounting firms in Singapore
- Identify, onboard, and activate partners to generate qualified opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasts
- Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with market requirements
- Represent the company in virtual and on-ground meetings, demos, and partner engagements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience selling into the Singapore market at present
- Proven experience working with CAs, accounting firms, or similar networks in Singapore
- Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem
- Experience in B2B sales (SaaS / HRTech / FinTech preferred)
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior travel experience to Singapore or exposure to working directly with Singapore-based clients
- Existing network within Singapore CA / accounting ecosystem
- Ability to work independently while managing an international market
Working Model:
Hybrid (Combination of remote work and office presence in Bangalore / Chennai)
