About the Role
Infinity Education Miles Ahead Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate, target-driven, and experienced professionals from the ODL (Online Distance Learning) Industry to join our growing sales team as Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sr. BDE.
If you have experience in student counselling, admissions, conversions, and understand the ODL ecosystem, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Connect with prospective students through leads/calls and convert them into enrollments
✔ Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Online Degree Programs
✔ Drive admissions and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
✔ Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong student relationships
✔ Manage lead pipeline and update CRM records effectively
✔ Provide end-to-end counselling and admission assistance to students
Requirements
✔ Mandatory Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in the ODL (Online Distance Learning) Industry only
✔ Experience Range: 6 Months – 3+ Years
✔ Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills
✔ Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
