About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in the Saudi market to help us expand our presence across enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will focus on building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding business needs, and creating high-quality opportunities for our enterprise sales team.
You will work closely with sales team to sell AI-led and digital transformation services to leading organizations across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Operations, etc.)
- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers across target industries
- Understand client challenges and align them with IT services and AI-driven solutions
- Set up and coordinate qualified meetings and discussions for the sales team
- Support initial conversations by positioning ValueLabs capabilities
- Share market insights including customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with sales teams for smooth opportunity handover
Eligibility & Experience
- 5+ years of experience doing Business Development in Saudi Arabia
- Strong exposure to Saudi Arabia Enterprise market
- Experience selling to enterprise clients in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Airlines, Logistics and Transportation in Saudi Arabia
- Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, or AI solutions
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles in Saudi Arabia
Skills & Competencies
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage the right stakeholders
- Understanding of business problems and solution positioning
- Exposure to AI / GenAI / Agentic AI
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience of CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Awareness of Saudi business culture
Qualifications
- MBA
- Good command over spoken and written English
