Job Profile: Business Development Executive [Sales Operations]
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to assist the business’s growth by acquiring new business leads.
2. Promote Maiyyam’s services to prospective clients.
3. Career counseling prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them.
4. Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales.
5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
6. Set up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients.
7. Follow up with potential clients.
8. Work with team members to identify and manage risks.
Job Skills & Qualification:
1. Graduation in any degree.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Critical and out-of-the-box thinking.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria:

Class 10th - 60 PERCENT
Diploma - 60 PERCENT
Class 12th - 60 PERCENT
Undergraduate - 6 CGPA

PROFILE: Business Development Executive (Sales Operations)
LOCATION: COIMBATORE
CTC: Internship/Training Period Stipend: Completely Performance-based up to INR 25,000/- (INR.12,000 – INR.15,000/- & Variable incentives up to INR.10,000/-)
Post Probation: INR.6,00,000/- (Six Lakhs Only) comprising INR 3,60,000/- (Fixed Component) & variable component of INR 2,40,000/-
