Job Description:
We are seeking an Business Development Executive and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Manage and mentor sales executives, set targets, and track performance
- Maintain relationships with key clients and resolve escalated issues
- Oversee quotations, proposals, CRM updates, and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams and report sales performance
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0 to 2 years for Business Development Executive
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role preferred(Sales Manager)
- Industry experience is an advantage
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
