Job Description
Bolt Digitech is a growing digital marketing company helping businesses expand their online presence through strategic marketing, branding, and digital solutions.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Manager (1–2 Years Experience) to join our team and drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and field visits
• Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain client database and track sales activities
• Prepare and present reports to the Founder on sales performance
• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Digital Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, Ads, Branding, etc.)
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Candidate from Coimbatore or ready to relocate
