Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Interaction
- Make outbound sales calls to authors and prospective clients
- Explain publishing packages and marketing services offered by the company
- Understand author requirements and suggest suitable publishing plans
- Handle client objections professionally and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain positive relationships with authors
- Lead Management
- Dial assigned leads on a daily basis
- Follow up regularly with interested clients
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Ensure timely responses to client queries
- Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Generate revenue through successful conversions
- Contribute towards team sales goals, Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of authors
- Share accurate project requirements collected from clients
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification = Graduate / Pursuing Graduation
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred
- Experience - Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in telesales, business development, counseling, or customer service is an added advantage
