About the Role

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented individuals for the role of Business Development Executive (Sales Intern). This position focuses on practical sales execution, where candidates will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into clients.

The role is designed to evaluate real-world sales capabilities, including outreach, communication, and closing ability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, messages, and emails
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively present the program offering
  • Conduct follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers
  • Maintain basic records of outreach and conversions
  • Work towards achieving defined sales targets


Selection Process

Candidates will undergo a performance-based evaluation process:

  • Each candidate will be assigned a unique referral link
  • Candidates will be required to generate leads and close sales within a defined time period
  • Evaluation will be based on:
  • Number of leads generated
  • Outreach efforts
  • Conversion into sales


Compensation

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
