Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,00,000 LPA + Incentives (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through active prospecting and networking.
Sales Execution: Drive media sales / advertising sales and achieve revenue targets.
Lead Management: Generate, track, and convert leads through consistent follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of experience in sales
• Background in media sales / business magazine sales preferred
• Strong communication (fluency in spoken english), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a passion for B2B sales & business development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
