Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with good knowledge/experience in ERP, CRM, or SaaS sales. The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic lead generation, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful deal closures across national markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy: Identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage end-to-end sales cycle and achieve revenue targets
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with national clients
- Proposals & Presentations: Deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align business goals
- Networking: Represent the company in industry events and business forums
- Reporting & Analysis: Track pipeline, performance, and provide insights
Requirements
- 0 - 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Proven experience in ERP / CRM / SaaS / Software sales
- Experience handling national clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
- Freshers welcome
