iRecord is seeking a Presales Executive who will deeply understand our platform and become the bridge between our product sales and customers. This role involves leading product demos, answering user queries, qualifying - onboarding - training customers, and representing company at webinars, seminars, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads by proactively engaging with investors, wealth managers and advisors, Family offices, and Chartered Accountants
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understand their requirements and qualify leads, explain iRecord’s product offerings, and schedule online product demos and walkthroughs tailored to their use cases.
- Guide prospects through the product evaluation and trial phase, addressing functional queries, clarifying workflows, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth decision-making experience.
- Onboard new clients, liasion as a relationship manager for initial setup, data migration basics, and feature adoption for a positive early experience.
- Engage with existing users to collect feedback, assist with subscription renewals, up and cross sell relevant modules, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, demo outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM and internal tracking systems.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS-based pre-sales, inside sales, or client engagement role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.
- Basic understanding of finance, capital markets, accounting, wealth management concepts (equities, mutual funds, portfolios, taxation basics preferred).
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools (such as Freshdesk, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar) for lead tracking, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in conducting online product demos and client conversations.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to follow up consistently, manage pipelines, and coordinate across sales, support, and product teams.
