About the Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (SaaS) to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth for our observability platform, Atatus.
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building outreach pipelines, and supporting the sales process through structured prospecting and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential enterprise and mid-market customers in SaaS, IT services, DevOps, and cloud domains
- Perform cold calling to connect with decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, DevOps Leads)
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetings
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach using personalized messaging and Social Selling strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and product fit
- Schedule product demos with internal sales and solution engineering teams
- Maintain CRM hygiene (lead updates, follow-ups, pipeline tracking)
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign optimization and lead generation strategies
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Basic understanding of SaaS B2B sales cycle
- Ability to research prospects and identify key decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
