Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Wealth & Senior Private Wealth position, based in Chennai. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and offering tailored financial solutions through personalized consultations. Key responsibilities include managing key accounts, strategizing to achieve business growth targets, and maintaining high standards of client communication and service delivery. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the client experience through close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the client base and identify growth opportunities.
- Solid expertise in portfolio Management, along with the ability to maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proven understanding of core Business principles and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a client-centric environment and achieve challenging sales and relationship management targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms is advantageous.
- IRDA & NISM certification must.
