About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven expertise in client acquisition within the domestic recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Note: This role is strictly for domestic recruitment. Profiles with US IT recruitment experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and build a strong business pipeline
- Leverage existing networks to generate and convert leads
- Independently manage and close hiring mandates
- Develop long-term client relationships
