Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist, with a focus on candidates who have prior experience in the recruitment agency sector. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and communicating effectively with potential partners. The role also includes assisting in the development of strategies to expand the agency's business reach and client base.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to assess market trends, competition, and business performance.
- Proven experience in the recruitment agency domain is mandatory.
- Proficiency with business development tools and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
