Role Description
The Business Development Executive - Real Estate will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include lead generation, building and nurturing client relationships, account management, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored real estate investment and property management solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular interaction with HNI clients and industry professionals in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to operate in a competitive environment with a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred)
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends is a plus
