Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at MantraCare, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying
potential clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding our corporate partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity
for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to start their journey in a high-impact business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in target markets.
Pitch MantraCare’s EAP and wellness solutions to HR and business leaders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client engagement.
Track and report performance metrics using CRM and outreach tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client
acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mind-set.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Strong interest in HR tech, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and ownership.
