Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Reach out to leads and assist in client acquisition
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Help maintain relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support
- Represent MantraCare at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities in CRM tools
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/experience in sales/business development are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
