Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with
3–4 years of experience in outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, and converting prospects into business
opportunities. Candidates who can join in Pune at short notice will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities such
as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
● Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
● Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
● Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
● Conduct market research to identify new business trends and opportunities.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3–4 years of proven experience in outbound sales / business development.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
● Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
● Strong presentation and follow-up skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience in B2B sales.
● Prior experience in IT/software/services sales is an advantage.
● Must be willing to work from Pune office.
● Candidates available to join immediately or within 15–30 days preferred.
