Role
We’re looking for someone comfortable speaking with founders every single day.
This is a pure outbound calling role.
No closing. No targets masked as “consulting.” Just sharp, structured conversations.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Call founders and decision-makers from curated outbound lists
- Understand how they are currently using their website and digital channels
- Ask the right questions — not pitch blindly
- Qualify intent and schedule meetings for the senior team
Non-Negotiables
- You can hold a clean, confident conversation in English and Hindi
- You are comfortable speaking with business owners (not just reading scripts)
- You show up with consistency — daily calling discipline matters here
- You understand the basics of websites or digital marketing (at least enough to ask intelligent questions)
If you need scripts to survive every call, this role is not for you.
Good to Have
– Any additional regional language
– Prior experience in B2B calling or lead generation
What This Role Is Not
– Not a mass telesales role
– Not a closing role
– Not a “dial 200 numbers and read a script” job
You are expected to think, listen, and respond.
