Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bihar. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing lead generation efforts, maintaining and developing client accounts, and fostering strong communication with stakeholders. The role requires working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Business acumen and strategic thinking for achieving organizational goals.
- Superior Communication skills for engaging with clients and facilitating teamwork.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
