Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Business Development Executive.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. You will also develop client acquisition strategies, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and database building
- Researching potential clients and market opportunities
- International client communication and outbound calling
- Managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel
- Building long-term client relationships
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business Strategy and Account Management
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Confident in calling and interacting with international clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Jewelry industry experience is an added advantage
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
