We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for bringing in new clients and managing the complete client lifecycle. The role involves lead generation, client communication, negotiations, and handling all necessary documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients for IT services (Website & Mobile App Development)
• Handle all client communications including calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure
• Negotiate pricing and finalize deals with clients
• Maintain proper documentation including proposals, agreements, and reports
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and client handling
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
