We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder/BDE with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition through bidding portals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork and a good understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Draft and submit high-quality proposals to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and ensure proper communication
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions
