Business Development Specialist (US Process)
📍 Location: Sector-3, Noida
💼 Experience: 3-5 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-Hand
🕒 Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven professionals to join our International Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with international customers through calls and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and generate business revenue
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer support and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in International Sales / International Business
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US Process)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
