Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time position based on-site in New Delhi. The role includes the responsibility of identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. The candidate will be required to establish and maintain strong client relationships, while contributing to achieving organizational goals through strategic sales initiatives and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Account Management and building client relationships
- Proficiency in driving Sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
