About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our global growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our international client base, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously refine business growth strategies tailored to international markets, with a focus on driving measurable revenue outcomes.
Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders across global markets.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and potential growth areas.
Collaborate closely with internal teams — including sales, operations, and product — to ensure seamless onboarding, client handling, and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management — industry background is open.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with international clients and senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with a natural ability to influence and build trust.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Strategic thinkers with hands-on experience in international client handling will be given strong preference.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
Solid understanding of market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and strategic thinking frameworks.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
