Hiring: Business Development Executive (Marketing Agency | Remote)

Wunderkint is a creative and production-led marketing agency working with brands and startups across branding, graphic design, content, and digital creative services.
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who has prior experience selling marketing or agency services and can confidently take deals from first conversation to closure.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage brands, startups, and businesses needing creative & marketing services
- Pitch Wunderkint’s design, branding, content, and production capabilities
- Conduct structured discovery calls (objectives, budgets, timelines)
- Create proposals, scopes of work, and pricing (project & retainer)
- Coordinate with internal creative teams for accurate costing & timelines
- Lead negotiations and close deals independently
- Maintain CRM/BD trackers, pipelines, and weekly reports
- Re-engage existing & past clients for repeat business
- Ensure smooth handover to execution teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of BD / sales experience (marketing or creative agency preferred)
- Proven experience selling services (not products)
- Strong English communication & client-facing confidence
- Experience with discovery calls, objections, and negotiations
- Comfortable creating proposals, SOWs, and pricing
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides & CRM tools
Nice to Have
- Experience selling graphic design, branding, content, or production services
- Understanding of creative workflows & deliverables
- Familiarity with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, or RFPs
- Experience working with startups, founders, or D2C brands
Work Hours
🕘 Mon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
🕙 Sat: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST
