Join Our Team: Business Development Executive/Manager for Cutting-Edge Fleet Management Software
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our innovative Fleet Management Solution to a targeted clientele within the logistics and transport industry. This is an exciting opportunity to introduce groundbreaking technology to help companies automate operations and boost their bottom line.
Preferred Industry Background: Experience in marketing specifically within the Automobile or Logistics industries is preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Promote & Sell: Actively market and sell our state-of-the-art Fleet Management Software to Fleet Operators and Logistics Owners.
- Identify & Build: Pinpoint new business opportunities and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Consult & Advise: Listen to and understand client needs to provide tailored, effective software solutions from our portfolio.
- Achieve & Drive: Meet and exceed sales targets to drive significant business growth for KT Telematic Solutions.
- Represent & Engage: Act as the face of the company in the field, representing us at events and in-person client meetings.

- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills are paramount for conveying the value of our software.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and marketing fundamentals, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Problem Solver: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client requirements and objections.
- Target-Driven: A performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards specific targets.
- Field-Ready: Must be willing to work on the field to proactively promote company software and services directly to clients.
- Education: Any Under-Graduate (UG) or Post-Graduate (PG) Degree.

We are hiring across multiple strategic locations:
- Chennai Area: Madhavaram
- Other Cities: Hosur, Bangalore, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Sankari, Namakkal, Tuticorin, Bhavani, Dindigul, Pollachi, Kerala (Cochin), Mumbai.
