Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to turn leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities· Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
· Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
· Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular progress and performance reports.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and build connections.

Role Description
Clancy Global is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building long-term business relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, strategizing business development initiatives, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proven abilities in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration
- Background in business strategies, market research, and contract negotiations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Familiarity with the engineering or built environment sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
