We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (Events & Entertainment)
If you understand how the events industry really works - agencies, festivals, brands, productions, operations, this might be for you.
Cadre Event Support is looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow across concerts, music festivals, brand activations, corporate conferences, luxury events, and sports properties.
We’re not just looking for someone to “sell” — we’re looking for someone who can build relationships, spot opportunities, and grow within the events ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
• Build relationships with event agencies, brands, festival teams, and production houses.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Support pitch decks, proposals, and client conversations.
• Maintain pipelines and drive follow-ups.
• Work closely with operations to deliver successful projects.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Have 1–5 years’ experience in events, media, agencies, or entertainment platforms.
• Understand concerts, festivals, or brand activations.
• Are strong at networking and relationship-building.
• Want to grow within the live events industry.
