Job Title:Business Development Executive – HoReCa (Mumbai)

Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the expansion of Evian Natural Mineral Water across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment in Mumbai. The role focuses on premium account acquisition, relationship management, and brand positioning within luxury and upscale hospitality outlets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Account Acquisition
- Identify and onboard premium HoReCa accounts (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, luxury cafés, lounges).
- Drive new business opportunities and expand Evian’s footprint across Mumbai.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
2. Key Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing HoReCa partners.
- Ensure consistent order flow and volume growth across accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
3. Brand Positioning & Activation
- Execute in-outlet branding, visibility, and activation initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for premium placements and experiential campaigns.
- Ensure Evian is positioned as a luxury hydration brand within partner outlets.
4. Commercial Planning & Negotiation
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, rebates, and volume commitments.
- Monitor ROI on trade spends and promotional activities.
- Ensure alignment with company’s profitability and brand guidelines.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
- Identify new opportunities within the premium beverage segment.
- Share insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
6. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with supply chain and distributor teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure availability and visibility across all active accounts.
- Manage stock planning in coordination with channel partners.
Key Requirements:- Experience: 2–5 years in HoReCa sales / FMCG / premium beverage industry
- Location Expertise: Strong network within Mumbai HoReCa ecosystem preferred
- Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Self-driven with high ownership
Preferred Background:- Experience handling premium/luxury brands
- Prior exposure to bottled water, beverages, or hospitality sales
- Existing relationships with hotel chains, рестораateurs, and café owners
