We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive – IT to join our team on-site at our Indore location. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing account management tasks to drive revenue growth. Additionally, the role includes presenting solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings to client needs will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT services
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT services sales/business development
- Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, Software, and Digital solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
